You can expect around 60% of the share to be storage veggies (e.g. potatoes\, winter squash) and 40% to be winter greens (e.g. spinach\, kale). \n\n \n\nWe think of these shares as "storage shares" because they are tailored to see you into the cold months of winter. These shares are a delicious way to celebrate the late season harvest and offer a bountiful Thanksgiving feast from your local farm!\n\n\n\nEach of the 3 CSA pick ups averages about 35 pounds of produce\, it is larger than a weekly summer share.
